Dynamics of Oxygen-Plankton Model with Variable Zooplankton Search Rate in Deterministic and Fluctuating Environments

It is estimated by scientists that 50–80% of the oxygen production on planet comes from oceans due to photosynthetic activity phytoplankton. Some this consumed both phytoplankton and zooplankton for cellular respiration. In article, we have analyzed dynamics oxygen-plankton model with a modified Holling type II functional response, based premise has variable search rate, rather than constant, which ecologically meaningful. The positivity uniform boundedness studied system prove well-behaved. feasibility conditions stability criteria each equilibrium point are discussed. Next, occurrence local bifurcations exhibited taking vital parameters as bifurcation parameter. Numerical simulations illustrated verify analytical outcomes. Our findings show (i) change abruptly low resulting in depletion plankton extinction; (ii) proposed oscillatory behavior an intermediate range rates; (iii) it always stable coexistence steady state high dissimilar outcome coupled where consumes classical response. Lastly, effect environmental stochasticity numerically, corresponding our system.
